Pictured in the center foreground is a new plumbing supply distribution center under construction for D.A. Fehr, Inc. as of May 2008. It comprises a 100,000 square foot structure with an attached 5,000 square foot office on a 13.1 acre parcel. D.A. Fehr Inc. (recently acquired by Jones Stephens Corporation) is a wholesaler of copper, PVC and PEX fittings, chinaware, malleables and various other specialty plumbing products.
