SEDCO is sanctioned by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) as a certified economic development organization (CEDO), enabling us to act as a conduit for state funding.
We work alongside our partners, the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) and the NEPA Alliance, to provide a variety of grants and loans including land and building acquisition loans, Small Business First loans, machinery and equipment loans, workforce training grants and job creation and investment loans.
