Frank Zukas
President

Frank serves as the president of SEDCO — the Schuylkill Economic Development Corporation. He traces his history in the economic development field back to January 1979. At that time he accepted the position of “Industrial Commissioner” with the Greater Pottsville Industrial Development Corporation (GPIDC) — the predecessor organization to SEDCO.

Frank also serves as the Executive Director to the Schuylkill County Industrial Development Authority (SCIDA) and provides marketing support and administrative services to the Tamaqua Industrial Development Enterprise (TIDE).

Mark Minnig
Economic Development Manager

Mark A. Minnig is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of activities related to business retention and expansion, land and building development, transportation, innovation and entrepreneurship, international trade, foreign direct investment, and special development projects as they arise. He comes to this position with several years of economic development experience with Greater Hazleton CANDO, Inc. and also the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and Pa. Industrial Development Authority.

He holds a Bachelors Degree from Albright College in Economics and Political Science and a Masters of Public Administration from Pace University (NY).

He is a certified economic development finance professional (EDFP) through the National Development Council (NDC).

Letitia Reiser
Letitia R. Reiser
Executive Administrator

With a background in accounting, sales, marketing and public relations, Letitia joined SEDCO as office manager in 1991.

In addition to her administrative duties, she serves as assistant secretary to the corporation.

Letitia also serves as the executive secretary of the Schuylkill County Industrial Development Authority (SCIDA).
